Dr. Bates graduated from Wright State University School of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. Dr. Bates has been practicing since 2002 and specializes in preventative medicine and female patient care.
Dr. George graduated from RG Kar Medical College in Calcutta, India and completed his residency at the University of Florida. Dr. George has been practicing since 1998. He specializes in BHRT and is an advocate of functional and holistic medicine.
Dr. Davuluri, or Dr. D, graduated from Guntur Medical College in Andhra Pradesh, India and completed her residency at Texas Tech University Health Science Center. Dr. D is an Internal Medicine physician and has been practicing since 2004.
Ms. Stevens is our Nurse Practitioner and specializes in the administration and oversight of our on-site Diabetes Relief IV Insulin Infusion Center.
Mrs. George graduated from Syracuse University with a B.S. in Nutrition. She oversees patient satisfaction and the overall functioning of North Florida Integrative Medicine.
